7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Members Only
$240 per person
Limited to 50 participants
Experience Yellowstone National Park like never before on this exclusive members-only excursion from the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. Travel in comfort aboard a chartered motor coach while enjoying expert commentary from Park County Archives Curator Brian Beauvais and Draper Museum Raptor Experience Program Assistant Brandon Lewis, who will bring the park’s remarkable history, wildlife, and landscapes to life throughout the day. Also joining the excursion is Rebekah Childers, Registrar at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West and avid photographer.
The trip includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, along with a special behind-the-scenes Yellowstone experience. Members may choose one of two unique opportunities: an exclusive tour of the Yellowstone Heritage and Research Center Archives, home to millions of artifacts, documents, and specimens that preserve the park’s history, or a presentation and discussion with Dr. Chris Geremia, Yellowstone National Park’s Senior Bison Biologist, whose work focuses on managing and conserving the park’s world-famous bison herd.
A picnic-style lunch buffet featuring meats, cheeses, homemade breads, spreads, fruits, salads, and fresh vegetables will be served during the day. The adventure concludes with dinner at the historic Pahaska Tepee Resort. Guests may select either Chicken Piccata with Risotto or Madeira Short Rib Ragu.
Space is limited and advance registration is required. Join fellow members for a full day of discovery, learning, and unparalleled access in America’s first national park.
