Sage Creek Community Club will be holding its regular monthly dinner and program February 14th. Dinner is at 6:30, members/ guests are asked to bring a side dish.

She will talk about Mail Order brides in the west, the matrimonial club that started in Meeteetse and the local people who married mail order brides. Starting in 1893 was Jim McLaughlin who was the first owner of the Valley Ranch. Ironically she was the niece of Gus Thompson, another homesteader on the Southfork and later ranch manager of Buffalo Bill’s TE Ranch.
