Powell Creative Corner Open Mic+Art Showcase

Join us for the next Powell Creative Corner Open Mic + Art Showcase on Friday, June 12 from 5–7 PM at Gestalt Studios.
After the success of our first event, we’re excited to gather again for an evening of art, music, poetry, storytelling, and connection. This month celebrates LOUD colors, vibrant self-expression, resilience, diverse stories of love, cultural history, and creative work in all forms.
This is a free, family-friendly event, and children are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to wear their boldest, brightest colors in the spirit of the evening’s theme.
Perform, display artwork, submit anonymous writing through our Read-For-Me option, or simply come enjoy and support local creativity. Artists of all experience levels are welcome, including works-in-progress and first drafts.
Featured performer and artist registration closes June 5:
