Powell’s biggest downtown event, Paint the Town Red, returns for its ninth year, and since there’s something for everyone, everyone’s invited.

- Headliner: Country singer and songwriter Ashley Wineland
- Opening Act: Father Time (a local band featuring 90s rock with selections from the 60s through 2020)
