McCracken Research Library Adult Book Club

The McCracken Research Library at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West is launching its 2026 Adult Book Club, exploring the history, ecology, and cultural legacy of the American bison as part of Buffalo Nation: America at 250.

The series begins with American Buffalo: In Search of a Lost Icon by Steven Rinella, blending personal narrative and cultural history. Participants can join in person or virtually, with sessions on February 11, 12, and 19.

A special highlight: Rinella will speak at Cody Culture Club on February 12.
