Frontier Festival

In partnership with the Cody Medical Foundation, the Park County America’s 250 committee host a Chuckwagon Cookoff at the Cody Stampede Grounds June 6-7, 2026.

Up to five competing chuckwagons cooking authentic meals over campfires. Also, you’ll find the kiddie corral with many activities and vendors with a homesteading flair.

The Frontier Festival has activities for both kids and adults alike, and the best part is that it is on the same day as Park County Night. This is the perfect opportunity to spend the day in Cody for some frontier activities then to end the night at the Cody Night Rodeo on the most affordable night of the year!

Admission for your whole family is just $20 to the festival, and it is just $6 per person for the rodeo on Park County Night. However, the best deal of all is for a meal from the award winning chuckwagon competitors is just $20 for chicken fried steak, biscuits, beans, and cobbler. You can’t beat it!
