Earl Durand: Good Neighbor and Wild Man
Jerred Metz, the author of The Last Eleven Days of Earl Durand and its graphic novel adaptation, will be speaking at the Cody Library on Wednesday, August 28 at 5:30 p.m. Metz’s talk, titled “Earl Durand: Good Neighbor and Wild Man,” delves into the extraordinary and tragic events of Durand’s March 1939 crime spree, which have become a part of Park County’s history and legend. As Metz explains, the true story is so wild and bizarre that it surpasses even the most imaginative pulp fiction. This event is free and open to the public.
