We are Beyond Excited to finally announce our first Care Connection meeting 🥰
It is with a very full heart we invite you to join us January 8th at 5:30pm until 7pm at Pardners Cafe (in the public library).
Following Jan. 8th – Care Connection will be the 2nd Wednesday of every month
We look forward to meeting you all & finding a place to find connections through a terrible disease.
