Beginning Rumba Classes

Tuesdays 7:00 to 8:00 PM

Join us for five weeks of dance lessons with Mark Fisher and Jill Roberts. Rumba is a partner dance done to a variety of slow music that includes Rock, Country, Latin, Pop, and R&B. Most bands and DJs play songs that are perfect for rumba like the modern Country song “Old Fashioned Feeling” by Midland, the Latin song “Respira” by AleMor, and classics like “Just to See Her” by Smokey Robinson. These classes are structured as a package that will gradually build skills, patterns and confidence. You will be happy that you learned these moves and can lead/follow your partner during slow songs. After class, we will play more of this music in the bar so you can practice.

$20 per person total for the five weeks of lessons
