Beginner’s Yoga Series
Hello, hello!
Have you been curious about starting yoga but reluctant to join a public class?
Are you looking to move your body? Would you like to create calmness in your mind?
Yoga is immensely beneficial for your health- physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Next month, I’ll be hosting the Beginner’s Yoga Series at Firefly Yoga in Cody.
In this Yoga Series, you’ll learn how to make yoga poses work in your body (& feel good!), use breathing techniques to stimulate your mind/body, and an introduction to Yoga’s history.
A little bit more about me: My name is Jenna Lewins. I started teaching yoga in 2015. I have over 700 hours of related training in areas such as: Yoga for Every Body, Self-Massage with tennis balls, Yin Yoga, and more. I love hiking with my 2 Vizsla pups, reading books in the morning as a form of meditation, and I’m constantly learning.
