B2B: Employee Development
Business to Business is a new workshop series that involves business owners working together ON their business instead of IN their business.
This workshop will focus on strategies to help your employees grow and develop while on the job. We will discuss options for employee development plans that match their personal goals with your business goals. We will also discuss opportunities to reward your employees with non-cash incentives.
The goal is to create a customized development plan for your highest potential employees.
This session is facilitated by Jennifer Thoma and will be held in person at the Chamber. Participants are limited to 10. The session is free for Chamber members and $20 for non-members.
