Wine Pairings & Tasting Menu | February 14
Celebrate with that special someone the Wyoming way—inside our historic lodge, surrounded by exceptional food, thoughtfully paired wines, and unhurried conversation.
Join us for an intimate 7-course, family-style dinner, inspired by nearly 100 years of UXU Ranch favorites, thoughtfully prepared with modern finishes. This Valentine’s evening is designed for adult couples or small groups who want to relax, linger, and truly savor the night.

Welcome Course
– Pinot Noir
– House-selected charcuterie & artisan cheeses
Second Course
– Tenderloin & black truffle crostini
– Herb ricotta crostini topped with sautéed grape tomatoes & shallots
Third Course
– Garden salad with champagne vinaigrette or classic ranch dressing
– Paired with Chardonnay
– Assorted fresh breads & house butters
Fourth Course
– Mini sourdough boule filled with butternut squash bisque
Fifth Course
– Salmon filet & shrimp finished with hollandaise sauce
Sixth Course
– Filet mignon
– Fondant potatoes
– Grilled carrots & asparagus
– Paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
– Finale
– Pavlova
– Choice of Prosecco or Riesling
And lastly, a decadent dessert bar featuring handcrafted, artisan sweets made entirely in-house by our pastry Chef, Kassie—each bite a beautiful finish to a memorable evening.
Pricing & Reservations
$172 per couple + tax
Price includes gratuity and all wine tasting pairings listed in the menu.
• Seating is limited to 22 couples
• Prepaid reservations are required, full refund up to February 7th.
• Additional beer, wine, and cocktails will be available for purchase from the bar
