The Stothart Readings
Whether you’re a student, NWC employee, or community member, we’re inviting everyone to a pair of open mic events on October 31 and November 21, to share a creative or academic work in any discipline that is especially meaningful to you. The reading can be poetry or prose, your own work or another author’s. Even if you’d rather listen to others, all are welcome.
The Stothart Readings represent a wonderful opportunity to make connections with other writers and thinkers among the students, faculty, staff, and the Powell or Cody communities. They’re named for Rob Stothart, a former associate professor of English at Northwest College who helped launch the NWC Writers Series.
