Legend Rock Tour
Join the Meeteetse Museums on June 21st for a tour of the Legend Rock State Petroglyph Site with Dr. Julie Francis! Legend Rock is a 1,312-foot near-vertical cliff with more than 92 petroglyph panels and over 300 petroglyph figures, a unique visit made more impactful with expert interpretation from Dr. Francis.
This tour is limited to two groups of 10 people; pre-registration is required. The first tour will start at 9:30 AM and the second at 11 AM. Register by calling (307)868-2423 or by visiting the Museum in person. Registration is open until all slots are filled; signing up early ensures you have a spot on this unique tour! As of 6/5/25, we still have spots on both the 9:30 and 11 o’clock tours.
