For the past 18 years, we’ve had the honor of welcoming Jamaican workers to our hotels; not just as team members, but as family. Every year we proudly welcome them through the H2B Visa Program, working hand in hand with the U.S. Immigration and the Department of Labor to meet all legal requirements and bring their talent and heart to Cody. Season after season, generation after generation, they return to Cody, a place they call home. They bring with them warmth, joy, hospitality, and a spirit rooted in unity and “one love”. They have laughed with us, worked beside us, supported us, and shared their culture with us in a way that has shaped who we are. To see them now face unimaginable loss is deeply personal. That’s why we’re launching this fundraiser.

We are researchers from Utah State University studying the opinions of local people in Yellowstone and the surrounding areas on wild bison and their management. The residents of your area have been selected to participate in our anonymous online survey to help us understand your specific opinions and experiences.

The Buffalo Quilt is up for raffle to benefit the Meeteetse Museums! Stop by the museum to see it in person. Tickets are $5 for 1 ticket, $20 for five tickets. Drawing to be held at Christmas in Meeteetse on December 6, 2025 at 3:00 pm. Handmade quilt made by the Chatelaine Quilt Guild of Meeteetse, using the buffalo pattern “Roam” by Rene Heredia of Powell, WY, and quilted by Judy Mackie of Cody, WY. This quilt features various cowboy and western fabrics and a barbed wire pattern batik backing. This beautiful quilt measures 99 inches by 111 inches, perfect for a queen or king-size bed.
