DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION OPENS FRIDAY MARCH 14th\nPEAKS to Conga is an annual road bike ride and cancer fundraiser from Cody to Shell\, Wyoming. All proceeds benefit PEAKS (People Everywhere Are Kind & Sharing)\, a nonprofit that supports cancer patients in the Big Horn Basin by helping cover gas\, groceries\, and other non-medical expenses during treatment. Since its inception\, the ride has raised more than $450\,000 to assist local friends\, family\, neighbors\, and coworkers facing cancer.\nJoin us for our 14th annual ride on Saturday\, June 21\, 2025!\nThis is a fun\, non-competitive\, fully supported event that begins at 7:00 AM at the parking lot of Cody Coffee Roasters and Ascension FBO Network(3001 Duggleby Dr\, Cody\, WY).\nThe 66-mile route features rolling hills adorned with tribute signs honoring those who have battled or are currently fighting cancer. The ride ends in the quaint community of Shell\, Wyoming. After the ride\, relax in Shell’s community green space and grab food or drinks from the Shell Bar or Shell Store. There will be yard games & live music performed by the talented Jane Bell in the afternoon. Registration for this fully supported event is $107 (there is a processing fee of $7.00).\nThere are no refunds. Packet pick-up will be Friday June 20th from 4-6pm at Joyvagen Bike Shop (901 12th St\, Cody\, WY). Get your bike prepped for the ride with a free check at Joyvagen Cycles—registration confirmation required. DESCRIPTION:Rascal Rodeo is an adaptive rodeo for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages. \nEVENT FACTS-Rascal Rodeo is an adaptive rodeo for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities of all ages.Events are safe\, modified to help participants accomplish the different activities.1. COST: The Rascal Rodeo is FREE\, thanks to our Sponsor\, the Cody Buckle Club\, and our Host\, Cody Stampede Park.2. SIBLINGS: No\, they won’t be considered participants. When time and resources allow they can take part in the different rodeo activities. They will not get any of the free items handed out. Don’t let this stop you from attending. YOU and your other children will miss out greatly by not seeing your child with special needs (of any age) be a cowboy or cowgirl. Seriously\, it’s a miraculous experience for all and it’s a great opportunity for your other children to cheer for the cowboys and cowgirls.3. BUCKLES: As long as we have enough donated buckles to hand out each participant will get to take one home with them to keep.4. ONLINE REGISTRATION REQUIRED: All participants and volunteers are REQUIRED to register on our website\, rascalrodeo.org. This will help cut down on check in time being that the release form is electronically signed during registration. It must be COMPLETE. No exceptions. Register each person individually.5. VOLUNTEERS: All ages are welcome\, as long as all attention is on the RR cowboys and cowgirls and not have to tend to your youth volunteer. Horse handlers and side walkers must be at least 18 years old. There is a job for everyone; write name tags\, hand out shirts\, ride a stick horse\, take photos\, milk a fake cow\, etc.6. TIME: Volunteers should arrive one hour before the rodeo start time. Participants just a few minutes before. The rodeo is typically one to one and a half hours long. This is plenty of time to take part in the activities with the event ending soon after the group photo. Volunteers are there 30 minutes after the event is over for cleanup. Volunteer horses ready & in arena 45mins before start.7. ATTIRE: Closed toe shoes are required unless health issues prevent them. Participants/volunteers are encouraged to wear the shirts handed out during check in. Leave extra items at home.8. ELIGIBILITY: We leave it up to the parents/guardian to be honest about if their child of ANY age is developmentally or physically disabled.Spectators are always welcome! DESCRIPTION:The council’s major fundraiser\, the Buffalo Bill Birthday Ball is a rip-snorting cowboy extravaganza of music\, dancing\, prime rib dinner\, gun raffle\, silent and live auctions\, and Wild West entertainment to which the entire adult community is invited. The event is held annually on the Saturday nearest Col. Wm F. “Buffalo Bill” Cody’s birthday (February 26)\, declared “Buffalo Bill Day” by official proclamation of the Cody City Council.\nThe Cody Auditorium rocks during the Buffalo Bill Birthday Ball. Earlier in the week\, members of Council 4031 will have converted the Cody Auditorium into Wolfville Hall\, the dancing and gambling establishment that hosted the town’s biggest events in the days when Buffalo Bill walked our streets.\nNet proceeds from the Ball benefit local charities and service programs such as the Cody Cupboard\, Meals on Wheels\, Needy Kids Fund\, Bright Futures Mentoring Program\, Heart Mountain Volunteer Medical Clinic\, Crisis Intervention Services\, and Serenity Pregnancy Resource Center\, as well as local families\, regardless of faith or membership in the Knights of Columbus\, experiencing special needs due to uninsured medical expenses\, house fires\, or other emergencies\, and more.\n  \nSaturday Feb 28\, 2026\n6:00 PM – 9:00 PM MST \nDoors open at 5pm.
