DESCRIPTION:Tuesdays 7:00 to 8:00 PM\nJoin us for five weeks of dance lessons with Mark Fisher and Jill Roberts. Rumba is a partner dance done to a variety of slow music that includes Rock\, Country\, Latin\, Pop\, and R&B. Most bands and DJs play songs that are perfect for rumba like the modern Country song “Old Fashioned Feeling” by Midland\, the Latin song “Respira” by AleMor\, and classics like “Just to See Her” by Smokey Robinson. These classes are structured as a package that will gradually build skills\, patterns and confidence. You will be happy that you learned these moves and can lead/follow your partner during slow songs. RMSA’s Adult/Recreational dance classes offer quality training in various dance styles for anyone 16 years old and older. No performances expected\, and leotards/tights optional. DESCRIPTION:Rally Obedience or “Rally-O” is a competition obedience sport that is all about teamwork and is a great way to improve your training skills even if you are at the beginning of your training journey. DESCRIPTION:In this 2 hr workshop you will learn how to use the complementary practices of myofascial release and restorative yoga to deeply relax\, release tension\, and improve your over all wellbeing.Restorative yoga is a slow-paced\, gentle practice. It involves holding poses for longer periods of time while supported by props (such as blankets\, blocks and bolsters). This allows the body to relax and release tension in muscles\, joints and fascia.Myofascial release involves applying sustain pressure to areas of tight or restricted fascia. Fascia is the connectivve tissue that surrounds and supports all of the muscles\, organs\, and other structures in the body.
