Happy Wednesday, Journal Tribe!

The big event this weekend is Wyoming’s Largest Indoor RV Show at Riley Arena (Thursday - Saturday) and the Miss Cody Stampede Royalty Competition (at the Irma Hotel on Saturday and at the Rodeo Grounds on Sunday).

Thursday: There's a Birding Walk to start your day along the Shoshone River, and the Wyoming Property Tax Refund Program continues at the courthouse on weekdays. In the evening, there's the Cowboy Joe Happy Hour and Elevated LABS, both at Cody Craft Brewing.

Friday: At the golf course, there's the Cowboy Joe Club Golf Series, and at the Thomas the Apostle Center the Spring Writer’s Retreat begins and runs through Sunday. A Bag Book Sale happens at the library Friday evening and most of the day on Saturday. Also, Eric Barlow will be at Cody Craft Brewing for a Governor Candidate Meet & Greet.

Saturday: Start your day with the annual Wapiti Fire Hall Open House, and Gradient Mountain Sports is holding its Annual Boat & Gear Swap. Head to Park County Fairgrounds for a Car & Bike Show, or to Mentock Park to lend a hand with the Tracy Miller Cancer Benefit. In the evening, head to City Park for Politics in the Park where all candidates have been invited for an informal meet and greet by the Cody High School’s Youth for Justice.

Sunday: Head to the rec center for a Free Day, and there will be a Community Baby Shower at the Catholic Church. Wrap up your weekend at the Chamberlin Inn for Songwriter Sunday with Jeff Sandvik.
