DESCRIPTION:Our first Open Mic + Art Showcase Night is happening Friday, May 1 from 5–7 PM at Gestalt Studios, and we would LOVE to fill the room with local voices, art, music, and varying creative talents.\nJoin us and\nperform poetry, music, monologues, theatrical scenes, or original storytelling.\nshowcase visual art off mic and/or live for the audience\nsubmit writing anonymously through our “Read-Me” option\nvolunteer to help make the night happen\nor simply attend as an audience member\nThis is meant to be a welcoming, low-pressure community space for creativity in all forms — beginners, students, first drafts and idea workshopping are absolutely welcome.
