DESCRIPTION:FREE Event 10:00 am -1:00 pm\nJoin Friends of a Legacy (FOAL) for a FREE picnic in the McCullough Peaks. Learn about the famous McCullough Peaks wild horses and the work that FOAL does. Donation based wild mustang tours will be offered on a first-come first-served basis on the day of the event. Local author, and McCullough Peaks horse expert, Phyllis Preator, will give a presentation, and have copies of her book, Wyoming’s McCullough Peaks Mustangs for sale. Abel Guevara, BLM Wildlife Biologist, will discuss his role in managing the herd.\nParking is limited, so commute with a friend! Bring a sack brunch, a lawn chair, sunscreen and a rain jacket. Drinks will be provided.\nPurchases and donations will be processed by cash and check only on the day of the event.\n\nCody Journal advertisers make this calendar possible.\n\n\n \n
