SUMMARY:Cody Youth Climbing Camp
DESCRIPTION:Our Cody Youth Climbing Camp is open to youth of all backgrounds in northwest Wyoming who want to explore the amazing rock climbing resources in their backyard.  This educational climbing camp focuses on three main learning objectives: safety, sustainability, and supportiveness.  Safety is our first priority as participants learn the fundamentals of climbing safety systems and technique they climb outdoors west of Cody.  Sustainability is also very important as we place great emphasis on teaching Leave No Trace practices to help participants become more sustainable users of this pristine resource.  We also work hard to foster a supportive learning environment for participants to feel included, valued, and part of a team that works together.  This camp is physically and mentally challenging but highly rewarding as participants learn new skills, explore a beautiful place, and have a lot of fun! Ages 9-18 years old.
